Layla & Mishke {Family}

The curse of the photographer... As most photographers know, we are so busy most of the time taking photos for clients, that we rarely get a chance to take photos of our own family...  So I took some time to document out little girls, they grow up so fast! Enjoy the photos!

Darryn & Shiran {Wedding}

the H.O.D Shiran got dressed at a nearby hotel and arrived in fully dressed and ready for her groom-to-be's first look.  The look on Darryn's face when he saw her for the first time was priceless! Now if you're wondering about the theme of the wedding, one word - Steampunk. Now for those of you who don't know what Steampunk means, it refers to any of the artistic styles, clothing fashions, or subcultures, that have developed from the aesthetics of steampunk fiction, Victorian-era fiction, art nouveau design, and films from the mid-20th century.  If you Google the word Steampunk you'll end up with loads of interesting images that incorporates the old with the new etc. The fun thing about this wedding was that all their friends joined in the fun and dressed up accordingly, which made [...]

Riaan & Natasha {Wedding}

Avianto Natasha has a very elegant air about her, and I could see it reflect in every part of the wedding detail, from the colour choice to the beautiful decor!  I loved their cake topper, laughed about it quite a bit (go check it out!) We were blessed with beautiful light during our couple shoot, I loved the chemistry between the two of them, sure made for some gorgeous moments and I could just stand back and capture the magic! Mark & Colleen {Wedding}

Toadbury Hall I first met Colleen and Mark on their wedding day; I met Mark first as I arrived at Toadbury Hall on a beautiful summers day, he showed me where everything was going to take place and explained about all the overseas family that's joining for their big day.  He had such a calmness about him, and I could clearly see why Mark and Colleen were the perfect couple as I walked up to Colleen's room; she was sitting in the midst of chaos, people running around in various stages of getting dressed, calmly smiling and making me feel right at home. If there's one thing that really touched me throughout the day, it was their love for their little girl (who was a bit sick as well)...  Colleen carried her most of the ceremony without worrying about how she looked or how her dress got d[...]

KiKi {Styled Shoot}

Waterfall Cove KiKi comprises of a group of photographers that share their knowledge with one another, and I was so happy to hear that they were planning a styled shoot!  I immediately registered to be part of it all, and loved every second.  Thanks to our beautiful models for the day, as well as the decor guys that worked from early on to get everything ready for us. Theresa did a fantastic job on the girls, and the shoot came out beautiful! Simone {Maternity}

I met up with Simone and her family at Casalinga for her maternity shoot on a lovely warm summers afternoon. Simone, only 29weeks pregnant, looked radiant, and little Blake and her husband Chris just complimented her beauty, such a gorgeous family. Thanks for choosing me to capture this special time in your life! Enjoy the photos! x
